Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we require that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, your deposit will be retained and applied to your future appointment. Unfortunately, cancellations made after the 48-hour window will result in the loss of your deposit as we allocate time and resources to prepare for each booking.
